Loading body section from web pages

I'd like for the body of some pages in my app to be webpages. I don't just want to use the in app browser. I'd like to have headers/footers, etc. with the body coming from a URL I specify. I tried adding an HTML object and then putting in an iframe, but my footer doesn't show. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

My fault...I just got sloppy and forgot the to close the iframe tag. I'm all set. Thanks!
