Popups - where do you create them..?

This is probably silly, but where is the menu option for "Create new Popup"? I only see screen and dialog...

Hello Bob,

Where do you see "Create new Popup" instruction?
As previously Dialogs were called Popups.
Now we have component Popup, which you can add from Components, just drag and drop it.
