How do I add something to a "List"

How to I add an item to the list? I want this list to have 4 items, not 3. There is no button or anything that says "add list" or add an item to that list. Is there any way to do this without creating an entirely new list and re-doing work?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Have to click on the little link right under the tabs.
