Collapsible block shows collapsed even though defaulted to expanded

I am mapping a rest response to a collapsible group. The group always shows as collapsed even though I have the collapsed check box unticked. What else do I have to do to to have it expanded ?

Just to add. Do I need to put something like data-collapsed="false" somewhere ? If so where and what ? Thanks
