Please provide information on a custom domain for the customer console. Documentation does not include info on custom domain requirements.

Certificate? Do you mean an SSL Certificate?
Key?
Please explain what you require?

Yes for your custom domain hosting you'll need to have a custom domain key and SSL certificate file.
