How to redirect a user to login screen if he/she will be idle(inactive) for some minutes.

Hello Team,
I want to the user redirect to login screen or log off if he/she idle(inactive) for 15 minute or more even after his/her phone lock. So can you provide me any code/solution which will run even after phone lock or in offline mode. If he/she will perform any activity during 15 minutes then timer will be reset.

Any suggestion would be great help

You'll have to use the appropriate plugin for track of time and with js code make a redirect to the desired page.
