i am seeing only iphone and android?

You can build a mobile web app and open it with Windows Phone 7 browser. We are working on making it possible to build native Windows Phone apps.

I don't have an exact date.. but we are going to start with Windows Phone source code export first. Again, if you are building a pure mobile web app - then you can build it today.
