Can I dev a tiggzi app on an iPad?

Yes, just select iPad project template when creating a new app.

As Android supports Flash it works fine on my ICS tablet anyway

Oops sorry, I didn't read the subject carefully. I thought you were asking if you can build iPad apps in Tiggzi. The builder is Flash-based so will work on an Android tablet. We are working on HTML5 builder version.
