Missing "Set" button on Android for element input="time"

Hi,
I have input field that should contains time,
For that I changes the type of the input to "time".
While clicking on the input field "Set time" open but without "Set" button (only Clear and Cancel button appears), see screenshot:

App shared with support (MenuUpgradeTest) to navigate to this page click on "time picker issue" button, in the open page scroll down to "Time" field
