Paste function no working in mobilepanel

I am trying to paste some html code into a mobilepanel's popup html window and well it wont paste.... Kinda weird. I have restarted my PC just in case but no work. Any one ever have this issue.

I guess the third time is the charm....I restarted and cleared out all my browser stuff and not it works.
