I don't know, what do you think? We will have the beta for only a few more weeks. You can always tag the question as 'html5' or similar.
You have two big projects ongoing. And will probably keep flash version awhile. Each with its own unique problems or functionality.
I made the mistake awhile back doing the same thing. Got very confusing as you are relying on the poster to indicate which version their using... If not ur first response will be... Which version??
We have plans to move to the new builder actually pretty soon... and will be turning off the Flash builder. But agree that it could confusing on the forum.. I'l think of something.
