Upgrade from Standard to Pro

Hi,
I am currently a Standard plan user and would like to upgrade to Pro.

Currently there is no option to upgrade, only cancel existing plan and apply for Pro.

Can you please guide here?

Hello! To upgrade your plan go to Dashboard --Manage Plan--select the plan you need. When you upgrade, your plan will be prorated. The only other option is to cancel your plan, refund the money and you can buy the new plan.

Two questions:

Do I need to upgrade by 'just' applying for 'Pro' plan?

Can you pls explain the pro-rata model for the upgrade?

For e.g. if I opted for Standard plan in March 2013, I have now used upto 1 month of Standard subscription. Now if I "upgrade" to Pro plan, how much will I be charged?

I can't say how much you will be charged because I don't know the exact date when you signed up. We have special mechanism to calculate time you were using Standard plan (up to milliseconds) and depending on this you will be charged for using Pro plan.
