Projects in plans&pricing

What does the number of projects in plans & pricing mean?
Can i delete a project and add a new then? What about changes/updates for the finished apps when i ́ll change them later?

Hallo,

thanks for your quick response.

I ́m booking Standard, so i have 3 projects. But what does this mean? 3 projects at the same time (parallel)? When i finished 3 projects, can i delete one and then start a new one?
