Offline storage and consultants

I am looking for recommendations on offline storage for a mobile app we want to develop - index db vs SQLite. Also, I want to see if you could recommend consultants for app development?

You will find a lot of information on this topic on the Internet. SQLite is supported by more browsers but is no longer an active specification. IndexDB is the new spec but supported by less browsers. You can use http://caniuse.com/ to see what browsers support IndexDB.
