Has transfer ownership been implemented?

I found a 2 year old thread requesting the ability to transfer ownership of a project.

Has this implemented yet? If so how is it done? Agree this is needed for when people leave company, projects etc...

Today you can download project backup, then upload it to another account. This is basically the same as transferring ownership.

Does making a backup include the database, push and server code?

You can create a database backup as well.

There is nothing really to backup for push.

You can download Server Code scripts.
