How do I create a custom error message to display when a product is not found after scanning barcode? I would like it to read something like: "Sorry product not found, but we can look for you". I also am wondering if possible to then have a click here button that opens up a form in a pop up window or another page to send an email requesting a manual product search.

Sure you can add Button with such action, you will need to think logic of this page.
Great, but isn't there a default response to the barcode service for a product not found? All I need to do is change the message for now. Then I'll look into the other service...Thank you
If the actual scanning process fails - it's possible to use Error callback.
