Inconsistent grid and its number of rows property

As shown below, the actual number of grid rows is inconsistent with its property. This just happened after upgrading. Thanks.

You have 3 rows in Grid, but 4 Labels. "Geocode" and "Lat,Lon" are in one grid cell.
