image Icon quality in android

I have been testing with the quality of the icon across iphone, & android phone, browser..

The quality in android is not that great.. why is this and what can be done

I am testing in samsung note 2 ,, android v4.2+

I was'nt referring to Launch Icon.. I am talking about images , & icons within the application itself.. The rendering is not good within android.

Hello!

Try to open apk file on your desktop (for example with using 7-zip). And look at quality of images. You can compare quality of source of your images.
