Modifying an existing theme

I am currently using the flat-ui theme with swatch B, I have made a copy of the theme and given it a name. It works fine, but I want ti change the green colour of swatch B to a dark blue #20465E.

Where do I change the css to modify this colour for buttons,headers footers etc. I have looked at the css code, but I am not sure which lines to change.

Can you help?
