In my app none of the input fields are Auto-Capitalizing. I thought that was the default mode but none of the inputs are working this way. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? The app is shared with support and is named FamilyPenny.

No, it's not a default mode. You need to add CSS styles or custom javascript to something similar
