i have tried using the local time input with both text and a placeholder, but neit5hwer shows up when testing the app. the local time input is blank before you click on it.
any solution?

What do you mean under local time input?
Please tell us exact steps to check this. Do you use input component?
Please show us screen shot of problem.

Input component, "type" set to "datetime-local".
Setting either "text or "placeholder" seems to have no effect.

Looks like you will need to add additional properties for your input component:
Inside placeholder set: "Datetime" and the result should looks like this:
