Embeding login details into a link for auto login

Is there a way I can embed log in details into a link so that they will not have to enter the username and password, and when a user clicks it, they will automatically be logged in?

Hi there,

I've checked out the topics you mentioned but this is now what I'm trying to achieve.

What I would like to do is that the username and password are passed in as parameters from the link so that would not have to log in.

The proposed solution requires users to log in at least once to work. I'm wondering if there is a way where first time users can be automatically logged in by clicking on a link?
