Google Cloud SQL via ipv6 possible?

I can connect to a Google Cloud SQL database via IPv4 address from Appery.
They also provide IPv6 address. Is it possible to connect that from Appery?

Appery.io can work only with REST https://devcenter.appery.io/documenta... but not with servers and protocols directly

I'm mean the settings in API Express. to connect to remote databases. I can connect successfully to a Google CLoud SQL MySQL database using ipv4 address and tested successfully REST services to read and write to it.

As they also provide an ipv6 address to each instance I would like to know if this would be possible to connect to from API Express.
