how to set automatic swipe using Carousel

Hi
I am using Carousel component. I have added 3 images
It sis working great. But i want to show images as slide show.
Currently , i need to scroll manually to get next image on the screen.
Is there anyway i can set 3 images in the Carousel to display automatically one after the other
