iOS settings bundle

Is it possible to use the settings bundle for iOS so when I install my iOS app my app settings will appear under settings?

On an iPad or iPhone under settings lists all apps installed and any settings they may have. If I create an app using tiggzi and then create the binary file for iOS am I able to have my app settings listed here? I think they are referred to as Application Preferences.
