Scrolling Grid Problem

I have a grid placed in a container. It's a 4 column grid with a drop down "select" in one column, an image in the other column and some labels on the rest of the column. It does not scroll all the way to the last row and stops towards the end in the middle of one of the images.

any suggestions. I can share the app with support if need be.
