On a MAC -- how does a restore of a project backup suppose to work?
The program makes a folder with a bunch of files and then an XML
the zip fails too.

Mike,
This works in Safari for us. Do you use the same file that you downloaded from Appery.io site? Didn't you change it? Could you try with a new file please? Just download and upload it back, without changing, archiving etc.
