publishing app to phone

hi ,just wondering how i can install my app to my Samsung phone i do not wish it to be published on Google play or any other market as its for our company only. I have hosted it and then scanned the bar-code but i can only save it as a webpage and also my picture for the app doesn't appear can you help

Just click .apk button. After export is done you'll see QR, scan it and install app on device
