I cannot see the databases, yes the app, created by developer

I cannot access the databases of my app, which my developer does have access to. He says he found a shared button and shared it with me, but i still only see the App information, nothing in the databases. Please advice? I need to urgently change database information in the next 4 hours. Thank you.

No. I logged in and out. Still only my developer can see the database. I can see the app though.
