Auto Update Downloads

Hi,

if I have an app that is 30mb and use the auto-update option

1 Will the auto-update require the complete app (ie 30mb) to be downloaded again or would it just deal with the specific changes made?

2 Does this happen regardless of whether the user is on the cellular network or Wifi?

It depends on custom phone settings, you do not control this via application.

thanks for the quick reply, but maybe i can ask the question in a different way.

1 If my app is 30mb, and I make a minor change through auto update...will the update be 30mb download (ie the full updated app), or will it be just the minor change (i.e 1mb)

2 "it depends on custom phone settings". Does this mean that if the user has turned off the "Use Mobile Data" option in the itunes & app stores settings, then the auto update will only happen when they have wifi? Or is it another option in the custom phone settings that determines this?
