Login does not work on Android 2.2!

I have followed the Login tutorials provided by Appery. They successfully authenticate and work on the tester, Android 4.0+, and the web browser.

HOWEVER, on android 2.2, login fails everytime with a correct password. It also does not work with the stock internet browser on 2.2 from our published domain. A workaround is using Opera or Firefox (stock browser and Dolphin browser both get fail logins).

Why is this? Bug? Our project is set for min sdk of 2.2

Do you test it in .apk or in browser? Actually, yes. We are aware about this bug. In default browser on Android 2.x it is not working. But it's not high priority to fix this bug, because this Android version is too old.

Tested in both. Does not work with the APK and only works with Opera browser and FIrefox.

Yes, all 2.x devices have this problem.
