Idea Needed - Panel

Hi, I'm playing around with a panel to provide a sub-menu. there are 8 panel options and each will open a new page. Now I know I'm doing this a stupid way but at the moment I have.....

-Created my 8 pages (to give me something to link to)
-Created a panel on each page, 8 buttons per panel
-Individually going through each button, on each panel to add events.

The logical side of me tells me this is incredibly long-winded and that there must be a faster way?

Feel free to bombard me with 'what a stupid away of doing it' messages. All criticism and ideas gratefully received!

There is an option to copy a page. You can click a wheel in front of your page to see this feature.

Yes I used the copy option before but in this instance if I create one page first, then I can only link to that page (because the others are not created). So if I use copy, then I would be copying a page with only one link. If that makes sense?

Ideally, I would be able to make all the pages, then make one panel with all the links and copy that into all the pages. But I don't think Appery can do that?

I don't know if there is a right answer tbh,

You can use a custom component. It can't be created from a Panel, but you can place all the links/buttons in one custom component and add it to every page in a panel.

I did this before but it wouldn't let me see if the events had copied.

I've just seen the 'Break Apart Custom Component' button which allowed me to inspect each button.
