Scrollbar on page

I put border at the bottom using border-bottom property.
But there is a page scroll problem.Because of this scrolling problem I can't see my bottom-border.
How to stop scrolling??how to fix page height??

Looks like there is not enough space on screen for your data, thus there is scrollbar.

Yes, there is not enough space on your screen. Your screen content has a height of 529 px, while your screen height is 480 px.

OK,Now I remove all padding and margin from all component.
also i changed component height small.but the same problem generated
I can't see border-bootom,I want to scroll for this.
How to solve it????
