Error loading distribution certificate... can't generate IOS binary

Error msg when uploading a distribution certificate, that the certificate does not contain a private key. I followed the procedure exactly but I'm getting this error. What am I doing wrong? It also asks for a password, but in both the appery or apple procedures to generate a certificate, no password is ever requested until you get to Apperiy's certificate section. What am I missing?

tried to, yes. Some of the steps I think are old and need to be updated. For instance, is step 10 still right? I couldn't find a way to do this in xcode.

1. Select the Resources [app_name]-Info.plist file in the project navigator.

   Find the Bundle identifier parameter, and set its value to the corresponding value of the allowed application identifiers for your provisioning profile:

Hello!

We reproduced this error when tried to upload certificate with .cer extension instead .p12 one. You would need to generate certificate with .p12 extension and set password for certificate, then upload certificate on Appery.io Account--Certificares tab.

I don't see "Account-Certificates tab" anywhere under my account. Can you please show the location of certificates tab? Thanks
