App with multiple tabs

I have an app with multiple tabs my app is all about information. So the first tab would say "house", the second tab would say "how to get a house", and the third tab would give them instructions. Is there an easier way instead of creating a page for each tab for my app.

I have already created the screen template now is there a way to link to each tab to the same screen template and then input different detail to each screen without have to create a page for each tab.
