Billing Issues

My credit card on file expired and there is no place on your website to update it. I'm being told I have to pay the new plan price because my card expired. $30 more a month! I find that to be crap. That's no way to run a business I hope someone here can get this fixed for me

Hi Michael,

Sorry for misunderstanding, but it has been stated as an assumption, and not as a solution to your particular problem.

Your current plan has expired and until its active - you can update the credit card information in your Account settings. Now you've been moved to Starter plan and in this plan there is no such option as it is free of charge.

That is not true. My plan did not expire and I have emails from Appery saying I would be grandfathered in. There is no place in the account settings to update a card

You win! I'll just switch to the $25 a month plan and only hold 3 app with you guys. I'll use unity and corona sdk for the heavy lifting. Seems silly that you guys send out emails telling customers they are grandfathered in and then take it back a few months later.

As I see now your Pro plan (Period started: 2014.06.28 - Period ends at: 2014.07.28) Canceled: 2014.06.29 the status is - EXPIRED.
and your current is - Starter (Period started: 2014.07.30 - Period ends at: 2014.08.30) the status is - ACTIVE.

I'm sorry for inconvenience this problem is causing. Although we are grandfathering existing plans, any chance in existing plans would require that you move to one of the new pricing plans. (for example change to a new plan or add/delete user seats, you would need to switch to one of the new plans.)

We send email when card is expired, after that email within 3 days is a grace period, so you can edit subscription data.
