Hello, I'm attempting to have notification sent to users in certain city, state areas when another user sends value [indicating city, state] to the collection. Basically, a basic mobile alert to a subset of users.
I've read the push notification tutorials but I can't figure out how to customize the notification for my case.

Hello, I'd like to reiterate because upon review, this functionality seems basic. I'd be surprised if your current system can't do it.
1) Input sent to collection x [value 1, value 2]
2) Notification sent to users in collection y [value, 1, value 2]

1 Create collection record;
2 Generate Push.
