Hello

Code: Select all

It would be great if you can keep us informed about whats going on with Appery, here on the Get Satisfaction Web site. The last Blog update is a month ago. This week alone you have had two major changes to hardware and software.

For example after the new console I had to search your twitter and facebook feed to find a post from a member that said to wait till Friday because most fixes would be done by then. After a rough first part of the week I finally gave up and waited till Friday. And now everything seems fine.

Another example you have members including me missing database info and server code because of the Amazon switch. Which is fine the switch still has another hour to go but yet members are posting on get satisfaction that there stuff is missing

A simple post on this website telling members to wait till friday to switch over or wait until 6am PDT to use there Appery products would make us less nervous..

Your support is great and the new interface is awesome.

Thank You

Yes Seriously - you have got to keep people in the loop....

  • I build telecommunication networks and just like with telecom and their SLA (service level agreements) you have to let your customers know that any missing data will return once complete....

  • better yet tell them and also LOCK OUT everyones ACCOUNT until the maintenance is complete !

Honestly I just now logged onto my account and was about to upgrade to the Standard-Plan with 2 users and then I just noticed that I was missing both my Database and Server code..... Seriously bad timing for you and for me I surely hope my application and data returns to normal.

I sure hope VinnyB is correct that all will be well once Amazon is finished because if not I just lost an application that I was planning on using this Monday to finalize a DWDM network that I am building in PA......

You have got to keep people informed !

We always post about any maintenance on our blog: http://blog.appery.io/2014/09/emergen... and Twitter: https://twitter.com/apperyio/status/5...

As for the database/server scripts issue, we are aware that some of you are not seeing your stuff listed and we are looking into this right now. I posted this few minutes ago: https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...
