Important Question from Apple Itunes Store

I've submitted one of my apps for review by the Apple store.

I've run about 10 builds through their beta program without challenge - and it's time to move the beta build to prod.

So - my app is on hold pending this question:

• Why does the app need persistent background location to function?

  So - surely this question has come up before? I use geolocation to determine the users location initially upon login - just so I know where the user has logged in, and recorded their activity. I honestly don't need it on in the background persistently but the setting that I'm seeing on the IOS platform binary settings I assume that they are asking about is this setting: (See below)

  Advice on how to proceed and how to respond? Since I have a customer waiting - hope this can get a quick response....

Please specify details about your location service..(location datasource beforesend mapping).

May be you use interval?

Worst case - is this setting in my plist file or somewhere else that I can tweak while we look at this issue?
