Tiggzi looks very awesome! Is there a plugin available where I can use it in Visual Studio? I am no JavaScript expert. Is there a documentation available for syntax, examples, etc.?

Try changing project type from "Mobile web" to "Mobile app" (Info tab - Change type).

that works. thx. does that mean that even my app is NOT a mobile app (it will ONLY be accesses over a WiFi), I have to define it as a mobile app? Are there any overheads associated for native device support?

It means that Mobile web project is designed for working in browser whereas Mobile app is able to work with native device features.
