app opening very slow

if the mobile data is on while opening, the app takes almost 30 sec. to open start-up screen.
if i put mobile data off it gets started normally (3sec)
i have checked with
many smasung phones
and google nexus4 & nexus5 phone

What exactly service are your executing (query service, list service ...) ?

i am not executing any service on first tow pages after that on 3rd page using query service
