Not sure I've clearly understood, what stores do you mean? Do you want to upload videos by means of some URL? Then please look at a similar question

If you are asking whether you can upload the video into the app (client) -- then the answer is now. You can upload it to the backend database or link to it.
The goal is this: allow a user to download the app from the App Store or Google Play and then even if they go offline, they can open it and play a video. (Just like the images that are local)

Export your app to xCode / Eclipse and add video manually. Please notice you won't be able to import it back to Appery.io. You'll have to build app from there.
When app runs for the first time, I would recommend you to ask user if he wants to download video file on device and warn him about traffic and size before downloading.
