Changes on the design of a page are not shown in the corresponding html file

Changes on the design of a page, does not affect the html file.
When i tried to edit an html file of a page, whenever i change the page from the design view, the code of html is not affected. I also noticed that the specific html page is marked with blue color. Does it mean anything?
What i coud to in order the design and the html of this page to be synchronized?

Hello! After you changed source code in file of specific page (file becomes blue) changes you made in design view won't be applied to that file. You would need to delete edited file and click 'Undo all source changes'. After that design and the html of this page will be synchronized.

where is the 'Undo all source changes' ? in trying to reverse some changes i did to a css file i deleted it but cannot find the option 'Undo all source changes'

On Sources tab on platform menu you can find "Undo all".

I have 2 related questions:

1. Where is the undo all option, I can not find. (On Sources tab, I can not find that)
2. I want to enter some basic html text formatting codes when I write in the "text area" of the design section, however I can not seem to manage that through design area so I made these changes in the html file. But that resulted in the same outcome with the Anargyros, after the changes I made in the html file, the recent changes I made in the design section doesnt synchronize with the html file.
   So the question is: how will I be able to use html tags in the design section, without entering them to the html file?
