After a couple minutes I get this nag.

Hi Neil - we are sorry that we didn't respond quickly. We were having some problems but now everything should be working.

Glad its fixed.
But This was a critical time for us. I have escalated this issue to my supervisor as I was unable to produce apk or Eclipse Project for examination.

Would have been preferred to not wait 4 hours to get a response from Appery.

I like Appery personally but now my bosses do not. To many fails I guess...
i hope to convince them not to terminate our pro account that we have had for over a year now.

We are sorry and understand the frustration. We don't like it either. There are many improvements we have planned for the next month or so.
