(Image1)-Phone app, (Image2)-web browser, In web browser button look round but in phone app it looks oval I don't know why this happend? Is this my fault or yours?

If you want to make the button round please change the border-radius property, probably it is too much for the button's height and width.
I changed already to 10px or even small numbers but nothing changed height of the oval size as it looked pic 1

htc one X - android 4.3 and Redmin 1s - android 4.4.4
