Pull down refresh data from REST

Hi, I have tried to follow the above link but without success.

If I drag an HTML component and insert a static unordered list ul, the iScroll script is working. fine.

But it is not working on List component.
In my case, I do not see the inner overflow scrollbar and the items inside the list is not scrollable, and the "release to refresh" word is not shown. What am I missing?
/ul
