You should add parameters in Android Settings or in iOS Settings for Push.

Hello! As soon as Push registration success is triggered device data appears in DB. Did you connect DB to push? Please ensure you're checking Devices data collection in correct DB.

What do you mean by "it says linked with database"? Could you show us a screenshot of Push settings and Devices collection from Database after you installed app on device?
