Predefined Device Collection not automatically add new device (problem occurs only on IOS)

Do you mean when app is installed any new record is added?
Please tell us in more details what you are trying to do.

no... I meant:

in Android, when my app run at the 1st time, then a new record will automatically added to Device appery's predefined collection.

but neither in IOS..

any idea?

Record is added when application is installed and run on device. This happens only once.
