I want to add barcode service to my existing app how can i do that?

I want to add Barcode service to my existing app...i am unable to do that?
when i created barcode service in my existing app i was unable to edit anything, i think my previous app does not have Apache Cordova. if that is the case how to plugin Apache Cordova to my existing app.

Yes I did that, I have already built an mobile application using appery.io, i built my app last year. Now appery have added services like barcode service. So i want to use that barcode service to my existing app. I am getting the barcode service but i am unable to edit that, and i am not getting any preconfigured settings.

Barcode scanned is a device service, so predefined settings are not available, because there is no settings , it just scans.
All parameters are available in response.

I mean if I click on scan button then camera should open to scan the barcode. But it’s not happening with my scan button.

This only works on a device, cause it is native feature of OS. Could you please try your project there?

Hi Rakesh,

It seems cordova not starts with some reasons..

Please use WEINRE debugger to check it. To make sure there is no cordova errors on app load.
