Twilio plugin

I just created the Twilio plugin. I can test "Twilio_sendMessage" from the platform and it successfully sends a text message, so I know all the setting are right. But when I test the app from the browser, it does not send the text message. Anyone else is having trouble with this?

I am still having trouble with this. It looks like the proxy give the Error 400 and I have no clue why. Any help is appreciated!

Hello,

If you get a response with code 400 this means neither mapping nor service Success event fires.
Have you followed tutorial https://devcenter.appery.io/documenta... ?

The only thing I see different from tutorial is the "Use Appery.io Proxy" not checked in tutorial but checked in the app when I installed the plugin. I tested it either way (checked marked vs not check marked) and it doesn't work.

I didn't make any modification to the plugin, just inserted it into a brand new app and put the credentials. I checked the mapping and everything seems to be fine. Doesn't the plugin for Twilio work out of the box without modification if the setting parameters are setup?

The plugin should work out of the box. When you check what exact error you get in the console. Select the request to see the response that you get from the server.

There must be a bug there, because out of the box it does not work. The app does not send messages or show the list. From the platform I can test the services for sending text and looking @ the list and it works just fine. From the browser it doesn't. I have shared the app with the support. I made no modification, except the required setting. The name of the app is sendmeatext
Please let me know if you see something different.

Just to update anyone struggling with this (from another post):

1) Open Secure proxy
2) find proxy you are using (I had no proxy, I created one)
3) check "Use old proxy implementation (slower)"
4) try your service again
